To Block or Report Unauthorised Transaction

Report via Mobikwik or App

  • Visit the Official website or Help Section of your MobiKwik App and choose Report
    Fraud option
  • Fill in the required details and click on Create Ticket.
  • Please use the Ticket ID generated for future reference or communication with our
    investigation officer
  • To report Fraud on your MobiKwik account please keep the transaction details
    (Order ID, Amount, Date, and Time) handy for quick assistance

Grievance Redressal

Level 1

Process to handle Customer Grievances

  • You can register your complaint with Mobikwik Customer Support on the Help & Support portal
  • If you face any fraud or scam email fraudalerts@mobikwik.com, complaints related to ‘fraud and risk assessment’ take longer time to investigate.
  • They will respond within 48 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 7 business days.
  • For refund issues, it may take 3-10 days to reflect money into the account.

Level 2

  • You can escalate your complaint via call at 080-69808686 or email at grievance@mobikwik.com.
    • They will respond within 24 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 5 business days.

Level 3

  • If you didn't receive the response or are not satisfied, you can directly contact the Nodal Grievance Officer:

  • If your query or complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved at previous levels within 30 days, you can contact the complaint lodging portal of the Ombudsman.
