Escalate Your Service Request

Contact customer care for any query/complaint. If your query is not resolved please follow further steps:

Step 1:
If you are not satisfied with the solution received, you can contact Customer Care Executive
Ms. Anu Kotian by downloading the Service Redressal Form and posting it to the address mentioned in the form.
Step 2:
If your concerns have still not been addressed, you can Escalate your request to the Head of Customer Care,
Ms. Vinath Hegde by downloading the Service Redressal Form and posting it to the address mentioned in the form.

If you are still not satisfied with the solution provided in Step 1 & Step 2, you can directly contact the Ombudsman
